Sink Chat
- i guess i'll add more instructions
- as their username?
- why's everyone keep trying to squeeze their email address in
- wrong box brad
- 8669
- They gave me a huge catalog of DXFs
- @Flint - email triton and ask them for their cad files.
- thanks for your order. please pull up to the second window
- DSESR127221
- you know there's a rate button at the top of the screen?
- yo, locustlx, you have 18 unrated downloads
- you should upload it after you draw it.
- no luck. if you want to be my hero
- anyone got cad for triton crescent tr7030-18
- up yours, cambria
- lmao california is banning quartz
- i don't feel like it
- after you draw it up you should upload it
- don't have it. it's on kohler's site.
- Need DXF for K-36251 farm sink
- you're better off filtering by 4120
- using a dash is a bad idea in general
- looks like you figured it out
- filter box is to the right -->
- 672-4120
- I'm talking never seen another like it before or since then
- sink. It was a really weirdly designed one.
- as possible. That last one I tried uploading was a special
- Ah yes, I do my very best to fully remove as many segments
- if i agree then i'll raise the limit to 7kb or whatever
- then email me the dxf
- after processing
- if you think a sink should be accepted but it's over 5kb
- when a couple big arcs are just as good
- i'm talking about curves drawn with lots of little arc
- I use Alphacam so I think the arcs come from that.
- But, there's a reason they keep me here =]
- the sinks with my vinyl templates laid over them.
- Only way I could prove it would be show you in pics of
- are being rejected i'll raise the limit
- if someone can prove to me well drawn sinks
- is if there's too many arcs
- the only way it's gonna be more than 5kb
- you again. i don't know just try uploading.
- entire sink (rim, lip, cutout, faucet, stud holes)
- So for uploads, do you want only the cutout? I include the
- Forgot my other password x'D
- and the file is still under 4kb
- also with lip, faucets, etc
- so 4 sinks in one file basically
- lots of sinks got thru with 4 overhang variations
- unless it's drawn with 500 arcs
- CNCbastard, a divider shouldn't push it over 5kb
- filter box is to the right, chief.
- yeah coming right up. you want fries with that?
- glacier bay
- or home depot/lowes exclusives
- this site has saved my ass a few times on discontinued sinks
- not the other 20 in the zip package
- from brands i only needed 1 or 2 sinks from but
- and a few were packed in zip folders i didn't clean up yet
- dividers drawn in
- older files from a former company that wanted the
- i checked out a couple of the rejected ones and they were
- and never rates anything...
- he downloads every day
- locustlx downloaded your aroth 6575801
- Hey you have a fan already
- drawn in there
- or extra lines or the blanco logo
- but i suspect it's hundreds of arcs
- i'll raise the limit
- just because of the lip and faucet holes
- if i get proof well drawn sinks are getting rejected
- or the radii were made of hundreds of little arcs
- i don't know if you have tons of dimension lines
- a few were just rectangles like 512-067
- it looks like a couple hundred were rejected for size
- Yeah! 2142 sinks! thx, you cncbastard!
- it worked
- i think i fixed it. try again, you cncbastard
- hold on i think i can fix it
- it's probably 20MB or 1MB or something
- but apparently my stupid server came with a limit
- and the limit in my code is 200MB
- AHA! I tested locally
- hold on let me look around the code
- whaaat? you should be able to just upload it
- like factory .zip files and integrated sink .ard files
- see if there's anything wierd i can get rid of
- MAYBE ITS MY BROWSER, I'LL PIck through my folders and
- I'M GETTING "413 Request Entity Too Large"
- the .zip limit is 200MB
- the 5kb rule is for one DXF file after it's processed
- have you tried?
- 24.1 MB? that shouldn't be too big to upload
- yeah i was afk for years sorry
- BUT IT NEVER MADE IT ON HERE
- BACK IN 2021 I EMAILED YOU MY COLLECTION OF ABOUT 1600 FILES
- TOO BIG TO UPLOAD
- I have A 24.1MB .ZIP FILE WITH 2457 SINKS THAT IS
- this is the place to go
- when you want a discontinued blanco sink
- since they put a dash in the filename
- you have to use the blanco button
- looks like you found it
- 510881
- just find me on the stalking page
- i'm dustyweasel
- What's a good email? And are you able to open DXF
- email the drawing to me if you want and i'll look at it
- when 12 would have done the job
- is defined by 800 little arcs
- i'm 99% sure it's because the curve
- the holes and rim didn't push it over 5kb.
- So file sizes are larger. Why only 5kb?
- And lip, rim.
- rather than just the cutout. Need placement for holes, studs
- All of my sink templates are complete templates
- Discord is an app for communication. Mostly used by gamers
- Oh, you said this was my discord haha
- i don't even know what discord is
- I'll explain on there
- Added your discord.
- number of arcs
- you have to redraw it with a sensible
- if you want the website to accept it
- of little arcs.
- yours is probably composed of hundreds
- by looking at the lt533 you rated
- i can tell what the problem is
- if zero sinks successfully uploaded
- on the front page
- it shouldn't create a folder for you
- so i do have one bug to fix.
- after it was processed the file was still larger than 5KB
- you tried uploading the LT533 but it got rejected
- oh. lol.
- or if i have another bug to fix
- not sure if it's still processing your .zip
- the website crashes if i select your folder
- thx for the sinks. how large of a file did you upload?
- darksaurian = dustyweasel
- this is my discord.
- Do you have a discord?
- I like what you're doing. Make chat have more characters
- Interested to see how this all turns out
- I see you have a pretty decent selection of sinks.
- So you do the same stuff I do then
- doesn't matter to me anymore
- whatever
- i've never actually used one of those machines
- are our templaters just not using it right?
- it looks like the layers should already be set
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=138BNJD3050
- what i don't get is if i look at LT's training videos

I made a guide that explains why using your online banking password at silicatewastes
is a bad idea:
password advice
10/22/2026
I don't have any PHP anywhere so I'm not worried about whatever the media is spazzing about. I don't
actually store your passwords, they're SHA-256 hashed. If you used a weak password
and someone hacked me they could probably figure out what your password is. So if you're a dumbass and
you used the same password here that you use for your bank account you can go to STATS -> EXTRA
and change it. Be sure to make it "quartz69". No one will ever guess that.

LPI, the LT-2D3D laser templater people are pushing their Raptor software where you pay every month to use it forever. They're saying the LT1 software that you paid for once will no longer be supported. My copy of Super Mario Bros. is no longer supported but it still works and I get to keep using it for free. Just saying.
If you click /weaselware it uses thier original LT1 software and already does a lot of what they're bragging their new Raptor software does. It detects dimensions with 4" extension lines and deletes them and sets layers based on where 'X' and "JOINT" and "F.P." texts are found in the file. I'm working on adding settings to let you name the layers yourself, keep the layers already defined by the templater or toggle deleting dimensions. I'm going to have CAD tools to touch it up faster than you can do with AlphaCAM and then automatically break and pull it apart at the joints and then automatically make oversized pieces. I'm planning on not storing any files, you just directly download the processed dxf and you're done.
Sinks will stay free forever. Weaselware is free for now. When it's good enough I might charge 50 cents per download or something. So you can buy them one at a time or buy a chunk of 20 or 50 tokens at a time if you know for sure you'll use them. I'm never going to do a monthly fee.

Making steady progress on /weaselware check it out. I got zoom and pan. There's an open button,
you can open several DXFs at the same time, use the ctrl key. The eased button toggles. I think I'm doing move, copy, delete, etc next and then I'm
adding auto splitting at joints and automatic oversized pieces. ...I know
how to do tools and styles and toolpaths. I know how to use a postprocessor. You might be able to cancel
your AlphaCAM subscriptions eventually.

You guys know there's a RATE button up there, right? You can click it. You don't have to
rate your downloads, I won't force you. But I'd super-turbo appreciate it.

Fixed an upload issue. You should be able to upload a .zip file with DXFs in it no matter what
kind of trash is laying around in the .zip file as long as the .zip is less than 200MB. Apparently my
server was blocking uploads at 24MB. Thx to CNCbastard for pointing this out. I think I fixed it.
If you ever tried uploading a .zip and it gave you "413 Request Entity Too Large" then try again.
If it doesn't work, tell me.
